Are your bags new or used?
Most items are pre-loved unless the listing says NWT (new with tags).
Are the bags authentic?
Yes — authentic only. Some pieces include a COA; others are verified by our in-house checks. If anything is ever proven inauthentic, you’ll receive a full refund.
How do you clean items?
Every bag is hand-cleaned and refreshed to the best of our ability. Light vintage wear may remain and will be shown in photos.
How do you grade condition?
  • NWT: New with tags
  • Excellent: Minimal wear
  • Great/Good: Light, noted wear (see photos/notes)
  • Vintage: Age-appropriate wear, disclosed in detail
When will my order ship?
Next business day. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s scanned.
Which carrier do you use?
Primarily USPS/UPS based on speed and size. Expedited options available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — rates shown at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes.
Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final (pre-loved/resale). If an item arrives not as described or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We’ll assist with a carrier claim. Consider adding shipping protection at checkout for peace of mind.
Do you accept offers or bundles?
Select listings are negotiable. We happily bundle — message us for a Doll discount.
Can you hold an item?
Short holds (up to 24 hours) may be available with a small, non-refundable deposit.
Color & photo accuracy?
We shoot in natural/neutral light, but colors may vary by screen. Measurements are approximate — please review before purchasing.
Does anything have odors?
We’re a smoke-free shop. Any detectable scent (fragrance/conditioner) will be noted if present.
Care tips?
Store stuffed, avoid overloading straps, and use a soft cloth/conditioner suitable for the leather type.
Do you take consignments?
Select pieces, yes. Email photos and details to inquire.
